Gastronomic Cooking Class

Le Domaine de Baulieu offers cooking classes, with Maxime Deschamps, chef of the Domaine's restaurant, which has a green star in the Michelin Guide.

The courses include the joint creation of 4 "aperitif" bocuher, the cards to reproduce the recipes at home, as well as the on-site tasting of the friendly “Aperitif” style boucher, with 1 glass of regional wine per person.
